I’m a teacher-turned-personal trainer and nutrition coach after I fell in love with getting healthy and helping others do the same. I am a mama to two beautiful children and am more in love with my post-partum body than I was my pre-baby body.

We’ll start with a consultation to establish health history, limitations, and goals.
We’ll work together for 3, 6, 9, or 12+ months on the following things:
-Mindset
-Goal setting
-A nutrition plan that simply integrates healthy eating behaviors and ingredient swaps to keep you eating the things you love
-Workouts that align with your health & fitness goals - designed specifically for you and YOUR body.
We address the things above for all individuals that work 1:1 but they’re always tailored to you and your unique lifestyle and situations. We make changes and adjustments as necessary while also providing coaching for mindset, forming new habits and behaviors, and so much more.
The level of communication and accountability in the 1:1 program is like no other, and it’s something that clients tell me endlessly that they’re thankful for.
